Bradley Wiggins cycles into the history books.
Yesterday, Bradley Wiggins made history as he became the first British Tour de France winner. A great achievement for Wiggins, the three time Olympic track champion, who will now turn his attention to the Olympics. Settling for nothing less than Gold at London 2012, Wiggins finished 3 minutes and 21 seconds ahead of his Sky team mate Chris Froome giving us hope that he will bring home the gold medal this summer.
“I’ve set a precedent now for performances. I can’t sit and say I’ll be happy with a silver, or happy with a bronze. It’s got to be gold now.” Bradley Wiggins aims high for London 2012.
