What does it do?

The Calorie Counter and Diet Tracker gives users access to the largest food database of any iPhone calorie counter – over 1,500,000 foods, with a streamlined database available offline. This will allow you to stay on top of your calories, tracking all your nutrients and even has a barcode capability to easily scan the barcodes of the food you have eaten to produce a calorie count. With the use of the recipe calculator, the application makes it easy for users to calculate your meals nutritional content. You are also able to track your friend’s diet progress, allowing you to motivate each other and even compete! The app also suggests over 350 exercises and track your training as you go along with calorie reports and records of your reps and sets.

What’s the verdict?

This application combines the two essential factors needed for fitness and weight loss, giving you access to a wide range of resources to aid your quest to get fit! The feature that enables you to track others progress as well is a great motivation as users competitive nature will kick in and hopefully this will influence their will to carry on training. The daily reports allow you to track your progress easily and see where you need to improve.
