How to change your APN settings on an iPad with a mobile data sim from O2

When updating your iOS software on an iPad, if you have a mobile data sim from o2, it can sometimes reset your APN settings which means you may receive an error message when you try to connect to the internet. We have had a number of enquiries about how to resolve this problem and have produced a simple video tutorial to guide you through the different stages. Please remember this will only work for those of you who have an o2 mobile data sim – any other networks will need to contact their provider.

 

New APN settings:

APN: mobile.o2.co.uk
Username: vertigo
Password: password
