ProntoForms app functions offline too!
When it comes to mobile forms, there are several mobile application functions that are universally appreciated and utilised – no matter the industry. One such function is the ability to fill out mobile forms offline.
To clarify, offline application functionality refers to the App’s capability to continue to operate even without network connectivity (including Wi-Fi). Simply put, it allows mobile form users to continue to collect data – the mobile form will then remain in the App’s outbox until network connectivity is restored (at which point the form will then submit).
Among the reasons why some organisations have chosen not to switch from paper to mobile forms, is the misnomer that mobile forms only work when a device has network coverage. Simply untrue.
