When receiving a call, have you ever wondered what the phone icon in the bottom right hand corner is there for? Its an icon that allows you to respond with a message to any incoming calls – perfect for when you are in a meeting and unable to answer any calls. Even whilst the phone is ringing, you can simply press this button and reply immediately to the caller with a default or customised message.

Here is a step by step guide to using this function:

1. When receiving a call, press the white phone icon in the bottom right corner.

2. You will then be given 2 options – ‘Reply with message’ or ‘Remind me later’.

3. Select ‘Reply with Message’ to decline the call and you will be shown some default messages you can choose to send or alternatively create your own.

4. Simply tap the message you want to send and the user will be notified immediately via text. Ideal for those sticky situations where you’re unable to answer your phone!
